Ingredients

1 hr
4 servings
  • 1 & 1/2 literMilk
  • 1 cupCorn flour
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1 tspOrange food colour
  • 1 tspGreen food colour
  • 2/3 dropsVanilla essence
  • 1 tbspDry fruits - (optional)

Steps

1 hr
  1. 1

    In a pan add milk, cornflour powder, sugar and vanilla essence mix very well till no lumps remain .

  2. 2

    Keep on gas. on gas flame,  cook on medium heat, stir continuously till thick pudding is ready.

  3. 3

    Divide into 3 equal part , Add food colours is two parts mix very well .

  4. 4

    Cook orange and green colour pudding for mixing well colour in it. 

  5. 5

    Let it cool down on room temperature. 

  6. 6

    Pour the pudding in serving glasses like tiranga shape keep in the fridge before serving at least 1 hr.
    Garnish with chopped nuts if you like serve chill pudding.
