For dough....take maida in bowl add oil, salt mix well

Now add water kned a stuff dough....keep aside dough for 15 min rest by covering a wet cloth

For staffing....in a bowl add mayonnaise., cheese and mix well

Now add corn, onion, capsicum, carrot,salt, black pepper, oregano, chilli flakes

Now in last add paneer give it a nice light stir

Roll a chatpati of dough cut from between...make samosa of half part an stuff that mixture.

Seal well with water on edges. deep fry on medium flame until golden colour.

Serve with chutney and souce.
