In a heavy bottom pan add milk sugar and cardamom keep on low flame and stir continuously

When cream comes above the milk then continue When it's become thick off the flame and keep a side

For sugar syrup

In a pot add sugar water and cardamom

When it's come to boil low the flame and check the syrup If syrup have one line consistency then off the flame and keep a side

For ghewar

In a bowl add ghee and ice cube & continue mix with tight hand till ghee become fluffy like cream

Now remove ice from the bowl

Now add maida in it and mix well with milk (mix maida in small small portion)

Now beat it 2 to 3 minutes add water in it

Add lemon juice

Make a flowing consistency of batter without any lumps

Now heat ghee in a small pot

With the help of teaspoon slowly pour a batter in a hot ghee

Again do the same pour 6 to 7 spoon batter

After pouring each spoon make a hole with the help of knife

Now let them cooked till golden brown colour

Now remove it from the pot and place it on a plate for removing extra ghee

Now pour sugar syrup on the ghevar with the help of spoon

Put rabdi on it and garnish with some pistachio & almond

Serve hot as well as cold
