Green Velvet Cupcakes

Take a bowl add shugar, buttermilk and eggs mix well.

Add oil and vanilla extract in it and mix well till the shugar dissolve.

Add green food colour mix and add sifted flour, salt and baking powder.

Mix all the flour mix in the liquid batter and mix well till there is no lumbs remaining. Pour into cup cases and bake it for 20 to 25 min or till done at 180°.

Soften the cream cheese in a bowl add powdered shugar, vanilla extract Whipped cream and soften butter. Mix till frosted.

Put all the frosting in piping bag and piped with add little bit of green colour. Can also use sprinkles.
