Steps

Add seasoning, scotch bonnet & onions into d meat and heat up to cook it, it d meat is done.

Remove d brown edge of d bread, sprinkle a little water and roll out to flatten d bread

Gently put a little amount of d meat on d bread slice and roll it, use the flour paste to close d edges.

Whisk d egg in a small bowl and add a pinch of salt, den put the rolled bread into the egg then into d bread crumbs

Pre heat heat d oil, wen d temp is OK u deep d rolled bread and fry until golden brown.

NOTE to make the flour paste u will just add water into a normal flour and mix to make a tick consistency.
