Rice soaked in water for 30 min to 1 hr

Take all vegetables n meat. boil in a water to make stock.

Add pulao masala on it.

Cover the lid and cook for 15-20 min till water become half and meat veges become tender.

Strain all stock.seperate meat n yakhni stock.

Take a pot. add some oil n add sliced onion n fry till it become translucent.Add yakhni stock then add tender meat.

Cut potato in small pices and add in a pot too and cook till potato soften.

Add rice on that pot and cook in high flame. then low flame under steam.

Now its ready to eat. garnish with golden brown onion.
