Firstly soak rice overnight. after that wash rice.and keep rice on kitchen towel without water.keep it for dry the water in rice for 1hr. after that grind the rice in grinder.make fine powder.

Now Keep rice flour in bowl. add ghee, sugar, and curd, milk as required. mix it and knead.make a tight dough.

Then take a dough of lemon size. give a round shape cookies.make all cookies like this one.

Heat oil. and fry it medium for 5-10 minutes. until they become golden colour. ready to serve crispy rice cookies.

U can keep these cookies in airtight jar for 10-15 days.
