Heat a Pan. add oil. when oil is hot.add green chilli. after that add onion. Cook it for 2 minutes.

Now add cabbage, carrot, capsicum. Cook it on high flame for 2min.

Then add rice.mix it well. now add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, pea, black pepper powder. mix it very well. toss it. ready to serve fried rice.
