Ingredients

  1. 1kilo kalaygy
  2. 1/2kilo tomato
  3. 2onions
  4. Cooking oil 3 tbl spoon
  5. 2 tblspoon ginger garlic paste
  6. Salt 1 tbl spoon
  7. 1 tblspoon red chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. 1 tea spoonzera
  10. 1 tea spoondry dhaniya powder
  11. 3green chilli
  12. 1 tea spoondara mirch
  13. 1 tea spoontikka powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash beaf kalaygy and Cut kalaygy in cubes wash it

  2. 2

    Fry golden brown onions in pan

  3. 3

    Add ginger garlic paste fry it

  4. 4

    Add kalaygi steam it for 3 min now again fry it

  5. 5

    Add salt and all masalas

  6. 6

    Now add tomatoes leave it for 2mins

  7. 7

    Now fry it and serve it
