Frist clean and peel of the potatoes, slice the potatoes with slicer.

Now take a bowl add salt and cold water, transfer the sliced potatoes into cold water, rest the potatoes sliced for 20 mintues. After 20 mintues drain and pat dry the sliced potatoes over a kitchen towel.

Heat oil in a pan, fry the sliced potatoes in medium flame till the potatoes become golden and crispy, drain off the chips over tissue paper to remove the excess oil. Now sprinkles maggi masala/chaat masala, Potato chips is ready.
