Steps

First soak rice in enough water for 5 to 6 hours,drain the soaked rice add them wet grind jar or mixer.

Grind smooth batter and pour another bowl,add more water to get thin flowing watery consistency

Add salt, heat iron pan or non stick pan,stir the batter and take a ladle ful of water
- 4
Remove dosa and serve with coconut chutney
