To make pakoda batter, put soaked mung dal in mixture jar, add ginger, green chilli hin g, Salt and grind into a coarse paste,add little water if required, transfer pakoda batter in another bowl, add coriander leaves, red chilli powder, Mix it well

Drop small amount of batter into hot oil, deep frying till crispy and golden
- 3
Drain on absorbent paper, Served it in another plate with green chutney
