Ingredients

  • 2 cupspinach pury
  • 200 gmfresh mushroom
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped tomatoes
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 4 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan

  2. 2

    Put cumin seeds cook till crackle

  3. 3

    Put chopped onions,green chillies,ginger.garlic paste and cook it

  4. 4

    Put chopped tomatoes and cook well

  5. 5

    Put salt and red chilli

  6. 6

    Put cut mushrooms and saute in the masala

  7. 7

    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Open and put spinach pury and mix well

  9. 9

    Put butter and cook five minutes

  10. 10

    Serve hot with chapati
