I cooked it with the plaintain together and was amazing

In a cooking pan, heat up palm oil. Once oil is ready, then add sliced onion and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Stir-in the pepper mixture, then add crayfish, seasoning cubes and salt to taste. Leave to simmer for about 10 minutes – don’t forget to stir every now and then.

Then add the dried fish,the meat, and the shrimps. Stir and combine well. Taste, and adjust seasoning and salt if required. Add the peeled plaintain Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.

Add the cleaned and chopped vegetables. Stir and allow to simmer further for about 2 minutes. Turn off heat as the vegetables continue to cook with the residual heat.
