Which vegetarian doesn't has paneer butter masala in their favorites list? But having too much paneer can bring more fat too. So in this I have used tofu or "soya paneer" as a healthy substitute! And it came out to be so yummy...

Steps

Take oil or butter in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and bay leaf to it. Saute it.

Then add roughly chopped onions. And let them fry till cooked.

As they get cooked, add chopped tomatoes. And let these get completely cooked. Till the oil separates.

Now add all the spices as mentioned above. And cook for a while.

Now transfer this mixture into a blender and grind to a fine paste like this.

Transfer this into the pan again and add water to adjust the consistency of the gravy. And add tofu to this gravy.

Cover and let it cook for 5-8 minutes.

Garnish with some crushed kasturi methi. And it's ready to be served! Enjoy with your choice of bread!😊
