Ingredients

  1. Broth:
  2. 3/4 Tspsalt
  3. 1 Tbspfish sauce
  4. 6 Cupswater
  5. 1/8 Tsppepper
  6. 4dried anchovies (optional)
  7. 3seaweed sheets
  8. Vegetables:
  9. 3 CupNapa cabbage (Chinese cabbage)
  10. 1Onion
  11. 3Green onion
  12. 1/2 poundshrimp
  13. 3carrots
  14. 2 TbspOil for cooking vegetables

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a pan, cook vegetables (add cabbage last!) and shrimp with oil and fish sauce.

  2. 2

    Cook until fragrant. Aside boil 6 cups of water and add anchovies and seaweed. Stew for 5 minutes then remove.

    Add pan vegetables to broth and add cabbage. Cook on low heat until broth turns yellow.

    Serve and enjoy!
