Heat oil and fry onion till loght golden brown add 4tbsp of water,qeema,salt,green chili paste,ginger garlic paste,tomato and cook for 7-8 mint now add water and give a boil and add rice.Now cover and cook on high flame untiĺ water dry,cover and cook on low flame for 10mint.Now serve with mint chutney. you can cook with out chilli for kids i mostly cook for my kid because its easy to give meat in this way.
