  1. 1/2coconut
  2. 1 TspFood coloring of your choice
  3. 1/3 cupcastor sugar

    Slice coconut into thin slices

    Pour food coloring over. Lay on tray.

    Roast for at least 3-5 minutes or until it starts to brown. Sprinkle castor sugar over. Enjoy❤️
