Ingredients

  1. 250 gbutter
  2. 8 tablespoonicing sugar
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla essence
  4. 2 cupsFlour
  5. Jam

Cooking Instructions

    Beat butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy

  2. 2

    Add vanilla essence and mix

  3. 3

    Add in enough flour to make a soft dough.Nozzle out round shape and bake on 160 degrees till done

  4. 4

    Once cooled add jam to the centre and dust with icing sugar
