Steps

Combine steak, garlic, salt, papaya, ginger, pepper and sauce. Mix well.

Add musturd paste and mix again.

Leave to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. DO NOT LEAVE FOR LONG!

Take a frying pan or a grill pan and grease it with some oil.

Place steak on the preheated pan and cook on low heat to give them color. DO NOT OVER COOK!

When steak are ready keep them aside!

Place steak on a plate and serve immediately with mashed potaotes if you want to!
