Ingredients

8 - 10 minutes
Serves 2 servin
  1. 1/4 cupalmond flour
  2. 1/4 cupcoconut flour
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 tablespooncoconut oil
  5. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

8 - 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a mug.

    Put all ingredients into a mug and mix with a fork until combined.

  3. 3

    Transfer the mug in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes.
