  • 300 gflour
  • I cup milk
  • Grated carrots
  • 5tbp sugar
  • Pinchsalt
  • 3eggs{used kienyeji to give a nice taste n color}
  • Cooking oil for frying

    In a large bowl add everything except carrots together n mix till the mixture is smooth n creamy.

  2. 2

    Add in the grated carrots and stir but do not overmix

  3. 3

    Heat your pan and cook till your done. Serve n enjoy with tea or coffee
