  1. 1boiled medium Nduma
  2. 6 tbspmillet flour
  3. Sugar (optional)
  4. Juice from one lemon (optional)

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

    A picture of step 1 of Enriched porridge.

    Add diced Nduma and water on a blender and blend to a smooth consistency

  3. 3

    Pour the blended mixture into a pan and heat it up.

  4. 4

    Mix millet flour with water and add it into the pan and stir well.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring adding water until you reach your desired consistency.

  6. 6

    Add lemon juice and sugar and let your porridge simmer for 5 mins.

  7. 7

    Serve
