Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1chicken breast boneless
  • 1/2cabbage white or purple shredded
  • 1green capsicum
  • 1red capsicum (optional)
  • 1yellow capsicum (optional)
  • 1onion
  • 4 tbspmayonnaise of your choice
  • 1 tspsalt as per your taste
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 glasswater for chicken boiling

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken breast in a pressure cooker on a medium flame for 3-4 whistles. Add a pinch of salt while boiling.

  2. 2

    Once the chicken is boiled separate from water and make chicken shreds.

  3. 3

    In a bowl add chicken shreds, shredded cabbage, green, yellow & red capsicum, onion, mayonnaise, black pepper powder and salt to taste (keep salt less as mayonnaise is already salty). Mix everything together gently. It's ready to serve.
