Chicken Salad

Boil chicken breast in a pressure cooker on a medium flame for 3-4 whistles. Add a pinch of salt while boiling.

Once the chicken is boiled separate from water and make chicken shreds.

In a bowl add chicken shreds, shredded cabbage, green, yellow & red capsicum, onion, mayonnaise, black pepper powder and salt to taste (keep salt less as mayonnaise is already salty). Mix everything together gently. It's ready to serve.
