Ingredients

4 servings
  • 150 gdried fruit, raisins, prunes etc
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 1cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 teaspoonssugar
  • Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Put ingredients in a pot

    Add enough water to cover it all. Bring to the boil. Add sugar

    Simmer for about 10-12 mins. Then turn off the heat. Leave covered for at least 30 mins. Remove cinnamon and lemon peel. Serve 😊
