Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsgram flour
  2. 2 cupsghee
  3. 2 cupssugar powder
  4. 1 tspcardamom powder
  5. as requiredDry fruits for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Take pan add ghee dein add gram flour and continued stir it till golden brown.

    Now add sugar and cardamom powder and mix it well and Switch off the gas.

  3. 3

    When it becomes cool make modak shape and garnish with dry fruits.
