Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 gSliced pork
  • 1small piece of ginger
  • 2peice of garlic
  • 50 mlsoy sauce
  • 10 mlcocking sake

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate a ginger and garlic in a same bowl And put soy sauce and sake.

  2. 2

    Add pork slices in a bowl then put in the fridge at least one hour.

  3. 3

    Cook with midium heat. Serve with chopped cabbage and cherry tomato on the plate. With rice and miso soup would be perfect combo!
