Take a bowl. Add sabudana, potatoes, lemon juice, salt, grated ginger,green chillies, pepper powder, cumin seeds and coriander leaves. Mix it properly. If you are making it for vrat add sendha namak to it.

Take some oil in palm and then make small tikkis from the mix.

Heat oil in wok. When it is hot,fry it

Serve it with chutney of your choice.
