Ingredients

16 servings
  • 2 packetsagar agar China grass
  • 4pkts milk
  • 1/4 tinevaporated milk
  • 1 tspStrawberry essence
  • Pinchred colour
  • 2 glasseswater
  • 2serving spoons sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak the China grass in water in a bowl for 1/2 hr.

  2. 2

    Heat the 2 glasses of water in a sufuria and add in the soaked China grass,dont add the water used for soaking.

  3. 3

    Mix and let it cook until bubbles are formed and both items are mixed well.

  4. 4

    Add in the milk and all ingredients and mix well.stir every few minutes until the milk comes to boil.

    Once the milk boils,mix well,and sieve the mix into a jug.from the jug,pour into bowls and plates of your choice.

  6. 6

    Chill in fridge.serve cold.served as a dessert.
