4Eggs
1/2Boiled yam
2 cupsvegetable oil
1big onion
1 tea spoongarlic and ginger
4scotch bonnets
Seasonings

Steps

1

Put the egg in to a bowl and break them one after the other
2

Add the grated scotch bonnets and diced onions all together
3

Mix all together
4

Preheat the oil
5

And put the yam into the egg
6

Bring out the yam one by one
7

And fry
8

Serve with sauce or pepper
