First mix suji and gram flour.add buttermilk as needed (better should be medium thickness)

Add salt and kept for 4-5 hours.

Now add 1/4 tbs baking soda and eno

Now dhokla maker grease with oil and put the better

Cook for 15-20 minutes

Now heat oil in pan.

Add curry leaves,green chilli,mustard seeds. Fry for two minutes

Add sugar and water. cook it for 5 minutes.

Add lemon as per taste.now this gravy spread it on dhokla.

Now dhokla is ready to serve.
