First, preheat your Crock Pot for 1 hour. In a bowl, add all the ingredients one at a time, mixing well after each addition before adding the next. Grease a bundt cake pan with butter and dust with flour. If you don't have a bundt pan, use any cake pan you have. Pour in the batter.

Place the pan in the Crock Pot. Cover with a kitchen towel to catch condensation and prevent it from dripping onto the cake, then put on the lid. Cook on high for 2 hours. For a crispier exterior, let the cake cool inside the covered Crock Pot.
