Soak chana daal for atleast 2 hours.

#tip … If you use beef boti your kebabs will be raishaydaar. Never use qeema for shami kebabs. Cook beef with 3 cups of water, button chillies, salt, 1onion, zeera, ginger & garlic for 30 minutes on low flame.

Cook on low flame. Remove bones from beef and add daal in beef broth. Cook until beef is tendered and daal is completely cooked. Mixture should br completely dry.

Chop beef and daal mixture properly.

Chop green chilli, dhania and podina.

Chop onions slightly in chopper. Don’t make a paste.

Add garam masala, black pepper and eggs to the mixture. Mix properly and make small kebabs.

You can also freeze them in air tight boxes by layerings.

Fry shallow and serve with mint chutney.
