Steps

First we will make sugar syrup. Disolve sugar in 1 cup water in a pan and heat it till we get a syrup with 1 string thickness

Take a pan and add 1 spoon ghee, rost almond and cashew in it, now add more ghee and roast makhane and coconut. Now grind this mix roughly in mixer and add raisens

Pour these dry ingredients in sugar syrup and mix it properly. Transfer these mix to grease plate and press it nicely
- 4
Leave this for 1/2 hr and let it set. Then cut pieces. Our mave ki barfi is ready to serve.
