1. First, take out the roasted skinless gram.take out the dry fruits as well.

3.Roast the sattu in a pan over a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes. Doing this makes the sattu ladoos tastier and extends their shelf life.we need to roast it while adding ghee at intervals, until a pleasant aroma develops.

4. Meanwhile, we will also roast the chopped dry fruits by adding a few drops of ghee.

5.Now, mix the roasted dry fruits and cardamom powder into the sattu.

Once the sattu has cooled down completely, mix in the jaggery powder.take a small portion of the mixture and press it between your palms to shape it into a round laddu.

Similarly, prepare laddus from the entire mixture. they can be stored in an airtight container and consumed over several days.

1. Achieving the right ratio and temperature when mixing ghee and jaggery with roasted gram sattu is crucial to ensure the mixture is neither too dry nor sticky.
2 You can make sattu at home by grinding roasted gram.
