Mash kiye hoye alu ko thori dar thanda hony ke liye rakh dain. Thanda hony ke baad is ma Cornflour add kar ke dough bana lain. Dough ko 10 min fridge ma rakh dain taky set ho jaye.

Ab dough ko achy sy bailen ki madad sy mota bail lain or cutter ki madad sy cut kar lain.

Ab karahi ma oil dal kar achy sy grm kar lain. Jab oil garam ho jaye to cut kiye gaye dough ko light golden hony tak deep fry kar lain.

Ab snacks ko dish ma dal kar apny taste ke mutabik chat masala add krain or serve krain.
