Peel the potato and wash nicely

Than boil potatoes til be little soft not much more

Strain it and let cool down.

Then cut into pieces.spread cornflour on potato pieces and coay nicely.

Heat oil in a pan.then fry all picese on high to midiyam flam.till golden

Keep in a plate spread green chutney salt chilli powder chat masala.and lime juice.

Coat very Jentely and serve very delicious potato chat..enjoy with 1cup tea or as u like❤
