In a non stick pot, heat oil on medium heat

Add onions and fry, add garlic and fry till pink. Add capsicum and heat through

Add the cooked rice and mixed well. Allow two minutes to mix well. Add black pepper and stir. Take off heat and serve with stew of your choice
