Heat the steamer, grease the mould and pour the idle batter in idle mould and put into the steamer. Keep for 15 to 20 mins.

For Tikki, grind coarsely corn, ginger, green chilli and make a mixture. Now mash the potato and add mixture and all items of Tikki.

Make tikki and roll on sesame seeds.

Take all items of chutney and grind it. Green chutney is ready.

Now heat a pan, put tikki and idle on it till slightly golden brown.

Now for making burger, take a idli, apply sauce, then spread chutney on it. Now put one slice of beetroot.

Now put cabbage slice, then cheese slice then tikki, then again spread chutney, put tomato slice then one more idle on it. Then put one toothpick on it. Our idle burger is ready to serve.
