2Diced tomatoes
2Diced green onions
Halfdiced English cucumber
1 cupred pepper chopped
1Romain lettuce chopped
1 cupchopped purple cabbage
1/4 cuppitted olives
1/4 cupfeta cheese
Cupchopped spring mix
1/4 cupSliced carrots thin
1/4 cupalmond and sunflowers seed mix
1/4 cupdried raisin
Dressing
1/4 cupolive oil
1/4red wine vinegar
2 tablespoonhoney optional
1 teaspoonpoppy seed
1/2 teaspoonsea salt
Red pepper crushed Optional

Cooking Instructions

Mix the dressing I like it sweet so I add the honey in a jar Shakewell If it in the fridge for an hour to get cold

Mix all the vegetables in big bowl and add the dressing

You could add hard-boiled eggs avocado it will taste great enjoy
