Parboil rice until almost cooked,rinse,cool and set aside

Wash all vegetables and dice into cubes,grind pepper,garlic and ginger

Put little amount of oil,add spring onions and fry,then egg into scrambled and vegetables and fry then add rice too add up spices and maggi,serve hot
