Ingredients

  1. 8chicken drumsticks
  2. 6-8chicken thighs
  3. 1hand full of cilantro
  4. 1hand full of fresh mint
  5. 1 halfhead of cabbage
  6. 4chayote squash
  7. 1 poundfresh green beans
  8. Chooped onion and serrano peppers to garnish
  9. Lime wedge
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Water

Cooking Instructions

    In a large soup pan add some salt, chicken and fill pan 3/4 to the top with water.

    Chop up all the veggies and set aside.

  3. 3

    When chicken is almost falling off the bones add all other ingredients and taste for salt. At this time add salt if needed. Allow to cook until veggies are fork tender.

    Dish up some in a nice sized bowl, add chopped onion and cilantro to the top and squeeze a wedge of lime juuce on it.
