Mix all the ingredients together and if needed add some water to make a semi thick batter.

Grease the round cake mould and pour the batter in it.

Steam it for 20 minutes after ready dhokles cut into pieces.

For tadka put some oil heat it add mustard seed, curry leaves, green chilli, lemon juice, sugar and water and heat well. Apply tadka all over dhokla pieces and serve it.
