Filling - Divide into 20 portions, each weighing 16 g.

Wrap the filling with the pastry, roll into a ball, and press into the mold. Be careful not to press too hard to avoid breaking the pastry. Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through (about 15-20 minutes) to continue baking. (Oven temperatures may vary)
