Aloo Puri is an option to having puri and sabji separately. There are many occasions when it is difficult to carry sabji with you when you are travelling or when kids are on to a picnic or similar situation, then this option gives you all ingredients of sabji i.e. aloo along with methi.

Steps

Take potatoes boil it peel it and grate it and keep aside.

In a bowl take wheat flour, rava, methi, salt, chilli powder, boiled grated potatoes, grated ginger, chopped green chillies and a tablespoon of oil and mix well.

Add little bit of water and knead the dough nicely. Once the dough is done keep it aside for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Make small balls of the dough and roll them into flat puri.

Deep fry puri in hot oil and repeat the same steps with rest of puris
- 6
Serve it with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
