Ingredients

1 hour to 15 minutes

  • ✔• 1/2 cup Basmati rice powdered (soaked for 4 hour)
  • ✔• 1 1/2 litter Milk
  • 1 cup✔• Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp✔• Cardamom powder
  • 2-3 drops✔• Kewra essence
  • 1 cup✔• khoya
  • 1 tin✔• condensed milk
  • 👉 For Garnishing:
  • 2 pinchSaffron
  • Chandi ka warq
  • Almond and pistachio as required

Steps

1 hour to 15 minutes
  1. 1

    Put dry rice(that rice which you keep in water then take out after some time) in blender and blend until it become smooth powder form.

  2. 2

    Warm milk to a simmer and add blended rice into it.

  3. 3

    Now stir constantly until the rice cooked and milk is thick.

  4. 4

    Add sugar,condensed milk and cardamom.

  5. 5

    Mix when it gets a little bit more thick add kewre essence, khoya, almonds and pistachios.

  6. 6

    Cook for 5 more minutes on constant stirring. Now delicious rabri kheer is ready to serve.💁
