Ingredients

  • 1Onion
  • 1Red Pepper
  • Chilli Powder
  • 200 mlChicken Stock
  • 2 tspCornflour
  • 2 tbsSoy

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onion (diced) and pepper (sliced)

  2. 2

    Brown mince, season and add chilli powder

  3. 3

    Add chicken stock and simmer for 5 mins

  4. 4

    Mix Cornflour and soy with 1tbs water and add to pan to thicken
