  2. 4 tbsolive oil

    Slice the eggplant.

    In a pan, add 2 tbs of oil (per batch), then fry the eggplant until golden brown. (Dont mind the sausage🤣)

    Ready to serve. For the sauce, depends on your taste buds😊.

i have gerd thay's why i want to discover recipes that are gerd friendly (if possible, food without onions, garlic, tomatoes, and less oil). but sometimes i cook (not gerd friendly food) accdg to my mood (for my husband)😂
