Ingredients

  • 1 cuphalf cut mushrooms
  • 1small onion sliced
  • 1medium potato thin sliced
  • 1small green chilli chopped
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • Pinchturmeric and black pepper powder
  • Pinchrock salt
  • 1 teaspooncumin powder
  • 1 cupcurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients together as well spices too

  2. 2

    Now add slowly water to make thick mixture

  3. 3

    Use icecream scoop small to make proper pakodas or simple spoon to make quite cute small pakodas

  4. 4

    Deep fry at low flame always and use always sunflower oil

  5. 5

    Delicious pakodas are ready
